I purchased a dress & ramo for my niece at the place. Our first interactions were with a young lady named Daisy she was very professional. However when the dress came in it required some alterations so Josefina ātook the measurements that needed adjustingā no big deal. Once the alterations were made we were asked to come for a final try on and pick up. When my niece tried the dress on it was clearly still big on one side of the sleeve Josefina kept insisting that the alterations were made to measurements she took. Obviously she didnāt take the right measurements from one sleeve or just simply forgot to adjust one of the sleeves. We went back and forth for a few minutes until she finally said she would fix it and make another alteration. She asked we give her a few minutes which we did and stepped out of the store, upon our return to try the dress back on to confirm she didnāt goof up a 2nd time the dress was already bagged up. She claimed she had fixed the sleeve and it was all set. I was really annoyed with her and just grabbed the bag and left. My niece tried her dress on at home once again and of course the sleeve was still big. I have paid a professional seamstress to correct this issue and now the dress fits amazing. I spent thousands of dollars at this āboutiqueā to not be a satisfied customer therefore I wouldnāt recommend this place at ALL shop elsewhere. I was just trying to support a local shop! Not worth it you can order any of their dresses at any shop. SeƱora Josefina lo que ocupa usted es mĆ”s profesionalismo y una nueva costurera.
Response to the āboutique ā: Thanks for your response and yes you are correct you guys aināt mind readers nor professionals! Josefina was very aware with my dissatisfaction about the alterations that is why she TRIED TO MEND the alterations but still failed to do so and Iām sure that is why she had the dress bagged when I returned. What matters now is that I was able to get the dressed fixed as it should have been since the beginning. By reading some of your reviews Iām not the only one that thinks you guys are a poorly ran āboutiqueā. And the āsigned consent formā is just verification that your picking up the items youāve already purchased. I could have made a big deal today when I picked up the ramo thatās why I asked you where your mom Josefina was and you replied that she was helping a client at the moment once I seen it was another quinceaƱera I was not going to ruin her experience in hearing me and your mom Josefina going back and forth , plus it could have cost you guys a sales...

Please note there is two sides to every story in which yours is the one with the discrepancies. However, I do understand you have to protect the business youāre in so statements like that only make sense. I am now well aware of how this boutique conducts their business. As mentioned before you have lost my interest in which you could have served for my many upcoming events. Good day.
4/15/22 2pm-2:35pm Very unpleasant experience and hereās why. I came into this store with high hopes in finding a dress Iāve been looking for in particular. I mentioned to the store associate that I needed this dress as soon as possible. Therefore as I am searching through the rack I found the dress Iāve been searching for and one other I was interested in and wanted to try them on. The associate told me that āunfortunately try ons were limited ā and that I āwas only allowed to press them against myself in front of the mirror to see myself with itā. I was also advised that only ā if I was serious about buying the dress I could try it onā. I donāt understand what gave the impression that I was in there to waste my time and play dress up as I take my time and otherās very seriously. If in fact this is their āpolicyā Its unfortunate and mind blowing that someone would run business like so. I feel in a way discriminated against and instantly left the store. As I donāt desire to do business with anyone that doesnāt desire to do business with me. Going forward I will not refer anyone else to this business. Fortunate for me there is other LOVLEY locations that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe lady in the front was so rude. She started off by saying, "you can't try on dresses. You can't touch the dresses. You have to put $250 deposit to try on a dress" She followed me and my African American niece though out the small store. I just can't believe how unpleasant the experience was. We lasted 5 minutes in there because she was following us around the small little boutique and had a very passive aggressive personality. Save yourself a trip and go where your service is wanted. Reply: we expected the drinks to be put in the front. But it's ok it worked out because we were able to find a place that was nice and immediately greeted us when we arrived. In addition, as a small business owner myself I was appalled by your behavior. If vou want customers you can't be rude and defensive when being asked about something regarding your policy. You did not have to laugh at us when we asked questions and continued to be condensing. The fact that I just posted this review and you replied immediately shows the lack of customers you have. But we are busy trying on dresses right now for free that they have available with no deposit. Learn from this and be nice to your customers instead of making us feel unwelcome.
PS: look at Royce review about how rude you are. I guarantee you the lady was also African American.... Be inclusive. really hope that wasn't the case. Look at all the reviews in yelp. My niece found her dream dress at Yo Bella -ās they didnāt require a deposit of 200 dollars for try on⦠we made a deposit for her dress already here. Nice people that want your business know how to treat...
