Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

The only good thing was the fast service. The online ordering was not very good. I stated to order the special Sriracha sauce on one side only, but it said I could not do that, so I continued to order sauce and toppings for the whole pizza. I got this pizza with only one half of the pizza with toppings and the other half worth a drizzle of Sriracha only, nothing else. I ordered sausage, ham, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, black olives spinach and bacon on the one that was only half topped.I found tiny sausage crumbles and a couple tiny pieces of ham, a few tiny slices of overcooked mushrooms, 1 piece if cherry tomato and a tiny tiny piece of cherry tomato, maybe the weekend some tiny hidden bacon bits? The only thing they doesn't scimp on was the spinach On that one. The other one was a little better, as the toppings were on the whole thing, but again, bacon bits tiny timy, maybe one tiny piece of ham on every other slice, pineapple bits hardly any toppings and the toppings w were cut up into such tiny pieces that they were almost nonexistent. Even the black olives were chopped up into tiny pieces. The meat was a joke as there were only tiny crumbles. I looked for bacon, but it seemed that there were a few tiny bacon bits.the boneless wings were swimming in a thin runny sauce that was supposed to be a parmesan sauce that was way too salty. It ruined the wings. We ended up throwing away most of the food because it was so bad. Waste of money. If they are going to have special offers only to scimp on the toppings so much that it makes the food taste like crap, then why bother? I WON'T order from them again. Very disappointed. This Pizza Hut has the RUDEST employees ever. Every time I call to order they have the worst attitudes. I was ordering and he said “yeah, we don’t have that . We ran out” I said “oh ok. Nvm thank you , bye” he said “K” and hung up. His name was Matthew. And this happened 5 minutes ago. Then 2 weeks ago my boyfriend and I ordered food through the phone and once again... the employee had an attitude. They asked what crust we wanted and we said “hand tossed with the hut favorite” and in the rudest voice possible he responded “that isn’t a crust” since when is it not a crust?! Listen better. The employees are awful and I will not be ordering from here ever again. Until they learn to hire employees with good attitudes. I work in fast food and it is not that hard to give good customer service. Get it together. Hire better people. Then maybe I’ll consider coming back and ordering from here again. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I ordered 2 pizza’s and a two litter soda online for a delivery and it took them two hours to deliver my pizza. No explanation as to why they took so long. I tried calling and no answer. Finally the delivery person shows up two hours later and did not bring my soda. My pizza was cold and stale and tasted terrible. I did call the next day and got a credit for what I ordered so I came into the store instead to avoid my experience again. The workers are rude and they seem very unorganized and like they have no idea what they are doing. As I waited for my pizza to be ready all the associates kept telling customers when they picked up their order was to “make sure you call 2 hours in advance” why does someone have to call two hours in advance to get pizza????? They mixed up orders and gave customers the wrong pizza just in the 15 minutes I sat there waiting.
