I want to share my experience at this place, I went today with my parents to get ice-cream. I got a single scoop Starbucks/caramel flavored ice-cream. When I left, already a couple streets away, I notice two strands of hair in my icecream, one longer and one shorter. I go back to the place and tell one of the employees, āMy icecream has a hair in itā, that same employee tells her manager, āthe icecream has a hair in itā. The manager looks at the hair and looks at me, then says, āit looks a little red, itās not yours?ā I immediately nod my head and say āno itās not mineā. She says āokay give her another oneā. So the original employee I was talking to gives me another scoop of the same ice-cream. After all I wasnāt really hungry for icecream anymore. I go home and give the icecream to my younger brother and as he starts reaching towards the bottom, still not finished eating, he says thereās a hair in the icecream once again. I was in complete shock. I wait for my parents to see the icecream, I explain everything and my dad calls the place. He explains the situation about my visit to the manager, she recalls the incident and says āyea we gave her a new ice-cream, but another?, we cannot give anotherā. My dad said āno I donāt want another ice-cream, Iām calling to inform you that the ice-cream has hairs in it once againā. She then implied that it was mine but it wasnāt!! The only thing I gain from this is disgust, absolute disgust. As a good customer service, no matter if I get 100 hairs in each ice-cream, the customer service always has to be good, they should apologize for the hair instead of accusing me of putting a hair in it. I went in the lady to help me on Wednesday around 6:00 p.m. was super kind very friendly. I got two items one of which was a aqua fresca. Which I was so excited about. I get a drink carrier and pay and get in my car. When I got home 3 minutes later I noticed that my drink was almost completely empty and in my seat. The cup had a pretty large crack around the bottom of it. What was left was delicious just like my other item I had gotten. This is where I have issues I called the next day to see if I could get the drink replaced and I got transferred to two different people both of which did not understand my problem and I got nowhere after 15 minutes. Last night I went in since I had to go to stater Brothers and the same exact thing happened. Pretend English and I am not one too explain myself anymore than I did and my lack of Spanish speaking ability got me all the way to the register with a replacement drink that I was asked to pay for again after so much...

The line is also long so be prepared to wait about 30 minutes to order, and another at least 15 - 30 minutes to get your items.
