I have pretty severe allergies to something that they serve here at this restaurant but I decided that I wanted my meatball sandwich that I've been waiting for forever and I drove on down to the subway last Wednesday. I walked in there was no one inside except for the two workers there was a guy in the back and there was a girl who greeted me. I told her what I wanted and on a Wednesday when the meatball sandwiches are in special they had nothing prepared that was hot. So she said that they were going to warm up some meatballs for me I said okay and I'm waiting. Some random worker from stater Brothers decides to come in and in the middle of my order start asking questions to the only worker here and for some reason this subway worker just leaves me high and dry and continues to have the conversation with this girl about how she's unhappy working at stater Brothers and she only makes $16 an hour and if she could get her a job here as long as it was easy. The Subway employee calls both managers to see if they will talk to this girl which is so unprofessional I stood there for at least 10 minutes. Then when their conversation is done she goes to the back and gets the meatballs to warm up. The same ones I was waiting on for the last 10 minutes and that's when I lost my beans I asked her why did she say that they were warming up and I was waiting for 10 minutes thinking that that's what was going on plus her terrible customer service. And the thing that really set me off the most was she put on a fresh pair of gloves when she greeted me she got the bread she opened it up got the cheese on there continued to go grab the phone talk to this girl put her hands on the counter hang up the phone go back to the back again get the other manager's number and she had the nerve to put those dirty gloves back in my...
Read moreI went in on Sunday 07-20-2025 at 15:17 hrs. I noticed an indvidual slicing meat while the manager stayed busy on the telephone. The manager told the employee to stop slicing meat and assist. me. While she continued her constant phone conversations. This employee making my sandwhich had a lanugage berrier that was evident when I ordered a 12" Turkey on wheat and got a 12" ham after telling her 4 times. My reciept showed 12" turkey as well. Then, I heard the manager telling another customer that they were out of tuna. I visited this store 43447-0 like three times in the last couple of months and have noticed a decline in management skills: poor organization, planning, and staffing and customer service. I saw people walking out frustrated. If an employee has a lanugage issue, is slow, or unexperienced then have them slice or sweep or stock but dont allow an employee to drowned while serving your customers. Planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, and directing are fundemental suprvisory skills. I blame upper management for allowing this conduct and not following up...
Read moreI was unsatisfied for many reasons. In summary it was bad service, low quality food, and cleanliness.
Here is my full review: From the moment I entered I wad not greeted by either of the two employees as they were busy in conversation among themselves. When I approached the counter I was still ignored and not greeted. It wasnt until I interrupted their conversation and greeted them that one of them greeted me back. As far as the food, the bread was cold, some of the veggies were frozen (with bits of ice on them), they didnt have swiss cheese, the tuna serving was much smaller than in other subway restaurants, and overall the sandwhich did not taste fresh. To top it off the table I ate at was dirty and there was trash on different spots on the floor. Oh, and I was the only customer the entire time I was there so no excuse as to being too busy - the employees just kept gossiping about their diets and preferences in alcohol. I will not be returning back to this location and I will leave negative feedback on other...
