Starbucks — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

I went there yesterday and ordered a venti iced coffee with light HWC. When she gave me my coffee it almost looked like a cup of milk it looked like it didn't have coffee in it at all. So I asked her to add more coffee. The girl opened the lid and literally added a tea spoon of coffee ummm ok that didn't make a difference! So I asked her again to add more coffee she proceeded to aggressively grab my cup took the lid off and spilled coffee everywhere as she poured some out and added more coffee she then returned it to me with the cup dripping of coffee. I had to clean her mess. I told her I would leave her a nice review I should have asked for her name it was around 5:15pm if the manager from there ends up reading this he should know who was working at that time. The coffee still tasted like water with HWC. I should have just made my own dam coffee at home. The Folgers I make on my french press taste better than that "coffee" I got from Starbucks yesterday. I will NEVER go to that...

Went to this one last week at 4:30am. Store is supposed to open at 4am. When I got there 30 minutes after they were supposed to be open, the door was locked and the 5 workers inside were lazily walking around. They didn't acknowledge me or the 5 other customers waiting outside for them to open up. I left to get to work on time. Visited the same store again at the end of the week and the same thing again. 4:30am and the store was still closes. This time, one of the workers acknowledged us and said "5 more minutes". The 5 more minutes came and past and still no service. Again, this morning, SAME THING. Now this is 3 times they weren't open when they said they would be. This time, they took my mobile order as the previous 2 times they wouldn't. I walked up to the door, showed them my phone order and one of the workers inside signals me to wait....I left. Will not be...

I did a mobile order like usual and hit submit they took my payment. I thought it was done and sent my husband to pick it up and guess what? No coffee ready! He told me they didnt have an order. I double checked the app and I had a receipt. I had to leave my house to go to the store and show them from the mobile app my proof of purchase. 1st the barista blamed me for being late. After telling them I wasn't, my husband came at 6:20am. He started to tell me there is nothing he could do but another barista interrupted and said she remembered my husband. Already running behind and sooo in need of my coffee they promised to get it out right away. It took an additional 10 minutes because they were slammed. No apologies, nothing, they weren't even very kind. This is the second time this store...
