As a regular customer of Jack-in-the-Box for over a decade, I have always enjoyed their food and service, especially at the Elsworth/Alessandro branch. However, I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the recent experiences I had at two other branches, namely Lasalle and Iris, and Mission Grove.
At both locations, I encountered drive-through staff who were rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. They failed to listen to my requests, such as leaving out certain ingredients and placing condiments in a separate bag, which are crucial for the safety and satisfaction of myself and my passengers, some of whom have severe allergies. They also denied me the opportunity to use my promo code and earn rewards, which I consider a breach of trust and loyalty.
These incidents have not only ruined my appetite and mood, but also damaged my confidence and trust in Jack-in-the-Box. I feel like I have been treated unfairly and unprofessionally, and I do not appreciate being ignored and insulted by your employees.
I urge Jack-in-the-Box to take immediate and appropriate action to address these issues and prevent them from happening again. I request that you contact me through your customer care team and offer me a sincere apology and a reasonable compensation for the poor service I received. I also suggest that you train your staff to be more courteous, attentive, and respectful to customers, and to follow their preferences and allergies. Furthermore, I hope that you will reopen the Elsworth/Alessandro branch as soon as possible, as it is the only branch that has consistently met my expectations and needs.
If you fail to do these things, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be a customer of Jack-in-the-Box, and I will advise my friends and family to do the same. I will also share my negative experiences and feedback with the public through social media and other platforms, which may affect your reputation and sales.
I hope you will take this review seriously and act on it promptly. I still believe that Jack-in-the-Box has the potential to be a great fast-food chain, but only if you respect your customers and honor your founder Robert O Petersons' legacy.

It's Friday and the store hours say that they're supposed to be open 24 hours, but the two employees inside are standing around, goofing off. After pulling off I notice no syrup for my sons pancakes, so I go back for that but the door is atill locked even after the hours listed on their door.
