So, was initially excited about the purchase of a new bedroom set for my 12 year old son 5/4/2019. Decent price, Ashley furniture, nice salesman. My invoice said the furniture would arrive in 2-3 weeks, not bad. Over the course of those 2 weeks we gave away my sons furniture and left him with just a mattress... 2 weeks go by and hear nothing, but Iâm patient... I wait 3 weeks and a couple of days before calling. At that time I am told it will actually be 2 more weeks. While upset of course I remain calm... ok 2 weeks. Well those 2 weeks go buy and no call, so I again call and am told the same thing another 2 weeks. I am at this time able to bargain with them to deliver his dresser and nightstand and although they wanted me to pay another $70 delivery fee they agreed to waive it and deliver during that week. So the next 2 weeks go by and again, no call. I decide to go to the store and see what is going on, they tell me again it will be another 2 weeks this time it will definitely be there, they will have it no later than July 3rd for sure and will call me to schedule delivery then. Oh and I asked for compensation, the store manager said he would give me a whopping $30 back to my card and that my salesman would call me to get my credit card info for the credit, to this day I am awaiting that call. I know I wonât see any of that money back. So July 3rd comes around and again.... you guessed it they say itâs going to be another 2 weeks. While I am livid and my son is sleeping on the floor I know there is nothing I can do, I remain calm. Finally they call on July 16 while we are on Florida and say they have it they can deliver on the 18th between 11a-3pm. I get my parents to stay at my house and wait for the bed, 3pm no sign of them. I call the store and the guy tells me we arenât scheduled for delivery and that the person who scheduled us is new and didnât know what she is doing. I finally lose my cool and start yelling. They agree to put it on the truck and be the next delivery that same day. They arrived at our house within about an hour and began assembly of the bed only to find out they were missing âboards.â One of the workers says he will go back to the wherehouse, get them and return that night. He did, however when he returned he was missing something else. He leaves for the night, says he will come back first thing with the last parts he needs. My parents wait alllll day for this guy again, he doesnât show up. I call and speak with manager who says he thought they were done. Finally says he will get someone over there. When guy arrives he says the manager had told him not to return until all delivers were done for the day. Finally at 745pm on July 19th the assembly of the bed was complete. It took 2 days to deliver and assemble a full bed after a 2 and a half month wait for the bed!!!! Absolutely unacceptable! Was originally excited to purchase more furniture from them and was initially recommending them to friends and family, have given all a stern warning to avoid this...

I was informed the furniture may take up to 6 weeks, but will probably be ready earlier than 6 weeks because I purchased an entire set. The agent working with me offered me their floor model the day I purchased everything. Her manager then stated the floor model is not available for purchase, as they have to keep those on the floor.
I went into the store in person, 6 weeks after my purchase to follow up and ask about when the furniture could be delivered. I was informed about part of my furniture still not being in from the merchant. The manager offered me a floor model located in their gilroy store. I was informed that there would not be a price change. The floor model would be the same price as the new furniture. Due to this reason, I decided not to move forward with floor model, and instead stay with my current purchase.
Tomorrow will be 12 weeks, and I still do not have my furniture. I have made more than 4 phone calls to the store. During each call, I was told they would follow up with a merchant and call me back. I never receive a call back.

   Read more"Going out of Business Sale" doubt. We went in to browse around and were told to ignore the price tags, they'd "cut us a good deal." They gave us an offer on a sofa - the lowest they could offer - which seemed like a decent deal (around half off the "original price"). It was still out of our budget, so we declined and went home. Out of curiosity, I went online and did some searching. I found the exact same sofa online, at 2 separate vendors, with a price that was the same as the "lowest offer" price Rosso gave us.
The customer service from the sales person we worked with was nice, not overly pushy or annoying. However, giving 2 stars based on the fact that they're advertising all of these "great" discounts and sales that are actually sub-par, if that. Don't fool yourself into thinking you're getting a good deal by going there. They're clearly not worried about closing their doors any time soon.
Also, we heard 2 contradictory "closing" dates while in the store. One sales associate said they don't know when they're closing. Another said December 1st. Guess we...
