I want to follow up on a review I made that would not let me update so I deleted. after speaking directly with the owner of Smokefoot. I was pretty upset at the time and didn’t take a moment to talk to them before posting a negative review and I honestly regret that. Cooper is a great guy that had been dealing with some issues outside of work .

After connecting with the owner, I was genuinely impressed by how the whole situation was handled. He took it seriously, took responsibility, and went above and beyond to make things right—no questions asked. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it showed me that Smokefoot really stands behind their name.

The situation was frustrating, no doubt—but the way it was resolved turned it into a reminder that great businesses aren’t perfect, they’re just the ones who make it right when something goes wrong. I’ll definitely continue coming back here, and I appreciate how much care went into fixing the situation.

Recently I had a warranty issue with my Liberty Safe and customer service representative with Liberty immediately contacted Smokefoot. Smokefoot then contacted me and having the spare part needed came and repaired my safe under warranty in an extremely efficient and timely manner (called and scheduled an appointment for noon the next day, was on time, and very professional). If you want a quality Liberty Safe purchase from Smokefoot as they keep their safe's off site to prevent in-store damaging (buying a floor model from another retailer was my issue, if I could go back I would have purchased from Smokefoot).
