My wife and I came in on March 1st and 2nd to look into a possible switch from sprint to Verizon. Both my wife and I were Verizon customers in the past and we're cautiously excited about switching back for the new unlimited plan.
Our first interaction was with Austin and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and his honesty about the the pricing was refreshing. He was very friendly and understanding of our situation and he worked with us to explore all options available to make our experience as easy and straight forward as possible. We left without making a final decision based on a phone not being in Stock but was assured a new shipment was in route.
The next day we came back to be greeted by Matt who was also very welcoming and knowledgeable. We still had questions about specifics of the unlimited plan and other ideas we had and concerns that we wanted addressed. Matt spent the time with us to problem solved through our concerns. We took up a good chunk of his time and unfortunately there was an incident with a very rude customer who did not like that we were informing ourselves with the help of Matt. Long story short we ended up getting the right phones we wanted and the right plan we wanted from Verizon that same evening. Our expectations were met and exceeded thanks to the help of Austin and Matt at the suncrest location.

This man completely took advantage of my 82 year old mother around Christmas,he told her she would get 2 free tablets(which are costing her $60.00 a month) and she just realized it because she hasn't been paying attention to her bill and Trusted you JOHN! He also tried to say that we ordered a new phone and it was sent to us,which my mother is being charged for(the phone And the line) but yet we have NO NEW PHONE, he tried to say we took the SIM card out of our old phone and put in the new 1,yet here we are...NO NEW PHONE... When my mother tried to ask him about it,he ignored her questions/concerns and told her that "Her bill was the same amount either way",He refused to work with her,he was so rude it made my blood boil, but I will take the high road and use our experience to inform others of his behavior and the fact he will scam you. If John doesn't work here .... Sorry šand I'm sure...

I originally called Jake to ask about the cost of potential plans and phone costs. Iād called other providers and they wouldnāt even give me a ballpark without me being in the store. However Jake went over all options, including phone types, for the possibility of me setting up 3 lines. We scheduled an appointment, but my work schedule changed and I couldnāt make it, so he went ahead and saw me two days early with only an hour notice. Heās been helping me troubleshoot my problems, helped me set everything up, and spent hours with us trying to figure out service issues. I highly recommend him if youāre in need...
