I initially called Amanda, after some google research, to come over and give us an idea of the value of our home as the housing market was quickly booming and we knew it was not our forever home. Fast forward a few months and she sold our house above asking as a pocket listing (which took a lot of stress away from us). Although we were nervous about finding a new home - Amanda also made that process exceedingly easy in this crazy market. I also have to mention how helpful Gaby was with the entire process, reminding us of important dates and delivering payments when we just didn't have time to do it ourselves.

At one point during the buying process we did think about switching realtors because we didn't feel like Amanda knew what we were looking for, but with a few really good questions from Amanda - we got back on track and were VERY pleased with the end result ( communication is key!). We are so excited for our next home and would definitely recommend Amanda to anyone looking to get exactly what they want in both buying and selling.

Update 9/2025: Amanda and Team have successfully rented our home twice after we had to temporarily relocate for work. Both myself and my husband can say we will never work with another team, they are exactly what you need throughout any real estate transaction. Amanda is simply the best! She is patient, efficient, understanding, and VERY hardworking and with that she delivers results. We had our home previously listed with another agent and after many months on the market we pulled our home off. We were exhausted by the process and felt defeated. With such unpredictability and competitiveness in the housing market lately, I felt so nervous about our family of four’s cross-country move from California to New Jersey. And then we connected with Amanda & my worries melted away… I knew we were in good hands.
