AT&T Store — Local services in Morris Township

My experience at this store has been a bit of a roller coaster. Came in close-ish to closing time. Waited 30min for another customer only to then be told they wouldn't have time to help me. I understood and returned the following day. Ezra set up a trade in and new iPhone purchase for me. When I returned to try to trade in my device in store he said he couldn't take it but put it in the box with the label and told me to take it to USPS. 6 months later, I still have no credit on my account. After countless calls with AT&T who say they never received the device, it seems Ezra gave me the wrong instructions for how to send back the trade in AND never associated a trade in with my account. I wish I can give this store zero but there is no option. Went to store to upgrade a line and came home with new charges on my bill that we never agreed to. The staff member that helped me was playing a game on his phone while helping me. It is clear that he was not Properly trained. Even more egregious, they stated that it was mandatory for all upgrades, that a Wi-Fi tower would be sent to my house, even though I refused it.
