Optimum — Local services in Morris Township

I was there a few days ago, just wanted to say the two gentlemen that helped me with my return and upgraded version of my modem went great and awesome. The place is very nice and clean and spacious. The ones I use to own for many years was a two piece, one modem and one router, and They explained everything so clearly and I was able to get a new version gateway that is the mixture of both and it was so easy, the whole transaction took a whole 10 mins max. Got home with my box and it was great because it only had 1-2 wires and that’s all and plug it in and scan the qr and I up and running with my internet.. so glad I went to this one in Morristown. got a new upgraded box, less wiring, more gigs and was able to pay what I was paying just $5 more. My experience here was excellent! My Optimum router broke unfortunately due to a power outage plus it was old and I had to get a new one. When I came here Cohl-Haydn, the service rep immediately took care of me with excellent customer service. My time with the staff at the Optimum Store on Hanover Ave today was amazing. Cohl handled my issues and Andrew was on hand to offer any assistance needed. They switched my phone service totally streamlessly, leaving me nothing to do but enjoy it.
