I was having issues where my computer was locking up after trying to update an important program. Also, my very expensive router (Lynksys) was only working in 5 ghz, but not in its 2.4ghz setting. This was a problem as I wasn't getting signal in the far reaches of my home, therefore, ended up having to use minutes on my phone's data plan. This sometimes costed me $$ for unexpected data exceedances.

In the first snowstorm of the year, Larry came to assist me on very short notice. I actually had two of the same routers as a had purchased a replacement so I could return the original once the new one was connected. Would you believe the second new one out of the box was bad too! On Larry's recommendation I ordered a NetGear Nighthawk router. It arrived in record time (Amazon). Before leaving that day, he cleaned up my computer so that's its performance was flawless.

What I consider to be above and beyond, on a holiday and weekend, Larry helped me connect the new router via Team Viewer. Wow! I can't say enough about his service. Having your computer looked at can be as stressful or even intimidating as some might find to have their car serviced. Lots of field specific jargon and lengthy descriptions are enough to turn most off, but Larry is a fantastic communicator! Been doing business here for a long time. My Dell at home finally took a dump so I called Larry to see if it was worth fixing. He said no because of the hard drive and allthe updating of a 15 year old compter. He told me he bought some Dell computers Optiplex 3020 and said he rebuilt them. I asked how much he told me and I had been looking at Dell site and they were about $400 less in money. I said sure give me one. What a steal!
