Worst customer service I have ever had, I called for a pizza was told 45 mins to an hour so I went in at 45 mins to wait, pizza was done I drove to my apartment (1min drive from establishment) and the pizza was cold and cut like a 2 year olds art project, I called back and was offered at first a 50% discount for my next purchase to which I said no, another person got on the phone and offered to remake it I said okay this time it was only a 30 min wait to show up and be told they didn't re make the pizza because the guy working there wrote down the wrong number and could not get ahold of me and then argued about a refund and said a manager would have to do it only to find out their manager was at a bar down the street(great way to manage your employees) only to have them argue and say they need the owners permission so I have to go there tomorrow and talk to them. I nor anyone I know will be giving this place money ever again. So if you want cold pizza(even a hair in one of our past pizzas) and terrible customer service this is your place who knows the manager might even show up drunk from...

My Server was Valerie, she was very nice and did a good job handling all the tables that were there when we first walked in. The Mac and Cheese bites were good and the ranches that came with it were even better lol. We got the BBQ Chicken pizza and it was fresh and hot and tasted amazing. Something went wrong and the pizza ended up sliding down and fell of the table onto the floor. Pretty much the whole pizza with oobly a fee slices out of it. I felt horrible and didn't know what to do. But Valerie came over and offered to help us out and ended up making a second smaller pizza of the same kind for us. She was helpful and friendly and I just wish I had more cash on me at the time. I will definitely go back and hope she's there to give her a better tip next time. First time at the county seat and wont be the last cause of Matt truly nice guy friendly and very personable person. Interacted with my kids a big plus. Drinks never went empty. Also suggested things on the menu to. 5 Star rating plus for Matt thanks for an enjoyable dinner. Now on to the food the pizza was awsome crust is great. Wings are on point to the Italian beef was great to. So hats off to the kitchen staff keep up the awsome work. The bar has that awsome atmosphere to . Cant wait to use the patio next time.
