So I like to order out and I Ordered 2 meals and I get one salsa, I ask for the the second salsa because that is one of the only reasons ti eat here the salsa is good.. but they want to charge me another $1.09 for salsa.. however if eat at in I can get all the salsa i want.. so when I asked why.. I got a mean woman who argued with me .. my question is to management .. is do you let your employees get rude to people. and do you want to loose a carry out order for 2 which came to almost $30.. because you don't want to supply salsa that you would give out for free if I dined in.. there are other restaurants in town to order out from.. and I order out 2 maybe 3 times a week.. do you want to loose people because you don't want to offer the same amount of salsa for a meal as what person can get when dining in? I can see if someone is trying to take a gallon home but one cup of salsa to a $30 order or even if the person just likes extra salsa to spice up a bland taco?? I know this sounds like I have no life.. but I think it is silly that if I am paying for a meal whether dining in or out I should not be charged for extra salsa that if I dined in would be free.. So I will choose to spend my money for meals elsewhere.. and that rude woman.. just her would make me never come back.. food for thought what if 10 people dine out and decide not to get their meals from you.. once a week for 6 months.. that starts to add up.. so if you reading this.. maybe being fair might end up making you more money then loosing customers.. because one bad word goes way further then a good one.. and I will tell all my friends to just go somewhere else when they ask where is a good mexican place to eat...

My family and I have been ordering out and dining in here for the past few years and they are always friendly, with a calming atmosphere inside! We had never experienced an order being incorrect out of the many times we have went here, which is a lot! We dine out once a week and this is our 'to go' spot! Recently on a very bad snow day we ordered food and my husband picked it up. However, the food was not up to par. We were really shocked because they are very on point and take their food service seriously! I called and spoke with the manager on duty and she informed me that on Monday I could have our meal redone or our money returned. Well, we really didn't want our money returned because of one incident. They are truly a great place with delicious food! So today, Monday, the owner/manager calls me (my husband and I were actually going to head up to the Restuarant and talk with him) and was so kind! He apologized for the food and said we could have the entire order again or our money returned. Now what kind of manager cares enough about their customers that they call them? This was the first for me. I also had mentioned that my oldest son was home and would need food and that I would pay for it when we get there. When I arrive, he had given us the entire order including my son's food and it was truly how we are used to it.... delicious!!!! If you are looking for a place that serves delicious food with excellent service, then don't look any further! This is where you want to stop! Try their tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and fajitas! After buying the #1 combination dinner platter which was very skimpy for $16 I get into my quesadilla to see there is no cheese. In my meal that starts with the word cheese!!!!!! when I asked for cheese for my no cheese quesadilla she brings out a whole bowl of cheese says nothing walks away on my bill there's a $3.50 when I asked to take it off my bill because the quesadilla wasn't made right in the first place the manager felt it was proper to educate me on how quesadillas are made and try to be little me for 10 minutes to try to get a reaction out of me when I have heard enough I finally told her to get my ticket so I can pay and be on my way she then called the cops on me. This place is awful and the manager is the epitome of the fall of society. The meal was awful the service was awful and in the end I get talked to and belittled. There is no customer courtesy here whatsoever couldn't even get a drink refill. The taco tasted off like the meat was rotten. Even the police officers that showed up said go to habanero they're better. After telling the manager I never want to eat here again before I even paid she then tells the officers were not even allowed their again. if you hate waitressing I don't understand why you're a waitress these people show no compassion to anyone avoid this place.
