Subway — Restaurant in Morris

Basically, my order was messed up today during my lunch break so I returned to the restaurant to get my order fixed, and the same blonde girl that messed up the sandwich had a major attitude from the minute I walked in. She was not willing to help. She could’ve at least added meat to it at an extra charge but she said I would have to order a whole new sandwich and pay for it AGAIN when she was the one who did not know what a Italian BMT sandwich was.

She gave terrible customer service and repeatedly told me that I was wrong and she was right.

This is not the first time she has given an attitude to me or my family. She told my mom to “hurry up” when she tried to order a new sandwich because there was a long line (one guy behind her).

I do not recommend going to this location if she is still...

I was having some issues tonight with my carpal tunnel and had to run out and get one of my prescriptions so I stopped at Subway and had them make dinner for me I also had coupons or a coupon I should say so I went through drive-thru and they put together exactly what I wanted. I was in last week but I went inside and was treated very well people working were very attentive pleasant had no problems I go back and forth on eating at Subway or some of the other sandwich shops but I can't help it I'm in love with the cold cut combo and nobody can hold the candle to that I can get other knockoffs but I like the subways cold cut combo to much. Advertising tons of items that were out of stock. No pizza, no mozzarella cheese, no wraps. I got a flatbread, which the staff wrapped up, but they didn’t fill it up or even wrap it all the way so the whole thing just fell apart once I opened it.
