I went to January singleton and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. She ruined my hair and many others I’ve seen and heard of and won’t fix it or give your money back.. it’s ridiculous. She had me drive an hour to the shop to fix it and never showed and then asked me to take the pics of my hair she had done down off Facebook and she would fix it bc she dodged me for 2 weeks and I did and she never fixed it told me it would be 250 to fix. I about died. This girl do t know what she’s doing. Her Customer/ client relationship sucks, she doesn’t know the meaning of serve. Service she just wants the money and jacks you up then doesn’t care. I’m sorry but you don’t need to be a stylist if you don’t care about your clients hair and she needs to go back to school and get some help bc the pics she post at on fb she fixes I seen one then seen the girl at the hair place I was at she was there to get it fixed same story January done it wouldn’t fix it or give her money back and it looked horrible. January Singleton needs the health inspector to pop in on her too. I watched her take the brush she was using in my hair and use it on her other client n so much more. I called for a last minute appointment and Margaret said she could take me. My hair was down to my waist and I adamantly told her that I wanted to keep all the length and just needed it to be trimmed and freshened up. The hair washing was wonderful, she really gets in and scrubs and it felt great. After she combed it out she brought it around and told me to put my fingers where I wanted it cut, which I did and have done many times throughout my life. Every time throughout history, the hairdresser cuts the hair right below your fingers. Not Ms. Margaret. 😢 she went about 1/2” over my fingers. By the time she finished, my hair didn’t even reach the bottom of my bra strap. I was heartbroken and sick over all my hair being gone, as she went against everything I said I wanted.
