These guys are insane, they fixed my phone with its mystery issue (perfectly working sim card not registering in a basically brand new phone) and got it back to me the very next day. For an extremely, extremely affordable and reasonable price. They could charge way more considering everything (the service, the cost of parts and the time it took to fix) but the guys at Qucin are just better than every other place, in basically every way. They have two adorable sales people that roam the store freely and occasionally fistfight (they're cats) and tons of collectibles games, nice gaming keyboards, vintage computers, ipads and other fun tech in the store. Really cool place, really cool guys, funny and friendly (almost as friendly as the black cat) but seriously the customer service, prices and repair service is unbeatable. Rob and Steve saved me from having to drive to the dreaded Apple Store in Knoxville, these guys probably know more and can do more than most out there when it comes to fixing and repairing and trouble shooting. Very knowledgable. I found a new home to take my computer too. Store has a cool vibe and they were a hoot to talk too, you can cut up with them and they make you feel at home. He only charged me $50.00 but I paid him $80.00 because to walk in and for you to show me that you value my time and truly want to help me is worth more than 50 bucks. I discovered Qucin by pure accident, but these guys know what’s up. They’ll build whatever you want, they’ll fix your broken phone, and they’ll fix your computer. I came in with an incorrectly built tower, so they installed a coolant system, a heat sink, and some fans to help with my frequent heat-related crashes. They turned my faulty garbage system into a monster, complete with a new graphics card.
