If I could give less than a 1 I would. This experience has been absolutely awful. The food was cold, the fries were so over salted that they were not edible, they told me the condiments and things I needed would be on the tray and they weren’t, and they said they no longer offer crispy or well done anything. I have been to chick fil a’s all over, and had the pleasure of working for an AMAZING operator for many years at a different location, and this is not how they do things. This location is the only one for a 50+ mile radius, but I would rather spend the time to drive to a different chick fil a than return to this one. I went to the Pinnacle Chick fil a not even 2 days ago and ordered my well done filet, extra crispy bacon, extra crispy fries on the app and had everything brought out just as I had ordered it and no gripe from the people taking/making the order. It would appear that this chick fil a has decided not to be uniform with the other chick fil a’s. Their customer service was poor, the dining room ladies were the only people pleasant or smiling. The parking lot design it atrocious, the restaurant towards the back where the playground use to be (that they now have taken out) was freezing and there is a draft somewhere. Food cold, food not fresh or prepared/held correctly, customer service poor, and overall experience beyond disappointing. You have training for how to prep and hold food and it was apparent that proper training was lacking. Considering this experience, it will be hard for me to return to this location. The whole thing was just unacceptable and very disappointing. Read moreI have been to several Chick-fil-As, and Chick-fil-A Morristown has been the best Chick-fil-A I have EVER been to. The employees are always wonderful and the food is always fresh and hot. Everytime I go the play area is clean as well as the restrooms. Being a mom of 2 under 2 it is usually hectic trying to take my kids out and about. We visit Chick-fil-A Morristown when we come in from out of state to visit family. The last time I was in town without my husband, so it was just me with a 3 month old and an 18 month old; as soon as I came in the door I was greeted and my order was taken very fast. Instead of me having to struggle and get all my stuff while wrangling two babies they offered to carry my food, get my napkins straws and sauces, as well as a high chair. As I ate they came up to check if I needed my drink refilled,while I was watching my daughter play in the play land. That was so helpful since I wouldn't have to leave my daughter unattended or go get her out of the play area to get one. I don't know about you but I have never gotten treated that well at any other fast food place. I got treated better there,l than some sit down restraunts where someone is working for a tip. And to top it all off they have these awesome placemats that actually stick to the table for the babies. For me that's a huge deal. I hate when my kids eat off of public tables. there I know that noone has touched it because the part you put the food on was sealed. Read moreI sincerely never thought I would have a negative thing to say about a Chick-Fil-A, but I was wrong. I am appalled at our last experience here. This location was closed for a remodel, they have made an enormous mess of the parking lot. The drive thru lanes backup traffic into the main road, it makes accessing the parking spots an ordeal where you must wait through drive thru traffic to gain access to the parking lot. They’ve removed the option to make food well done so if you wanted your bacon or fries a little extra crispy, forget about it. Staff was rude, short spoken and some almost incompetent. Fries were over salted, and almost cold. They were mushy and not at all crispy. They’re now SUPER STINGY with sauce. My lady got a parfait and asked for a spoon, only to be told it would be on our tray...it wasn’t.
I am so disappointed. This owner/operator of this franchise should be ashamed start to finish. The remodel is beautiful but poorly executed. Half of the seating areas are in what used to be the play area, however the windows are very poorly insulated so it was freezing.
I used to absolutely love this CFA, but if this experience is any indication of how this location is going to be run going forward Chuck-Fil-A should IMMEDIATELY terminate its franchise with this owner and shut the location down, terminate or retrain the employees and seriously reconsider their choices with regard to parking lot design.
