What a strange company. I show up to view a property in Morristown. An agent shows up informing me that I have to sign a contract before she allows me to view the property. Which could make me liable for a 3% commission on the sale of the property. At first I thought this was a scam until I found the agents name listed on the company site. First: I have never experienced this in my life! Second: I would never sign a contract without my attorney checking it out. I told the agent that I would never pay any commission to any agent in a house purchase. She said OK. We both walked away with me driving back to Sevierville.
