This is exclusively for the wireless world TV service, other than this service everything else seems to be fine in the store. So, I went to the store to buy the firesticks for football season, I purchased 2 as I needed them for separate rooms. I have 1000mb internet with a speedtest on the firesticks over 260mb. All basic channels work good,hardly no lag. However, when it comes to anything that alot of people are watching simultaneously it simply does not work. Plays for 10 seconds ,loads for 30 seconds. Happened multiple weeks, on both devices on nearly every sports channel or local channel that was broadcasting a game. Was told that it's not a load based issue... it is, obviously. If your looking to watch college or nfl games it doesn't work at all, unwatchable. Golf works great though... if you watch that. Then I asked about a refund 2 weeks after buying 2 firesticks (costed $160) and was told no, they don't do refunds on a product that does not work. I DO NOT recommend wireless world tv...at all. Oh, one more thing. When trying to get help troubleshooting I was basically treated like I didn't know what I was doing and that's why it wasn't working. Was even told if one channel doesn't work then just watch a backup channel... they don't work either. Don't buy this...
Read moreOn April 25th I ordered a new battery for my phone with wireless world. I was told it would take 3 days to receive the battery. On May 6th they finally called to let me know the battery was there. 11 days later not 3. I dropped my phone off and came back 2 hours later to find out they had broken my phone. When I asked to see it, I was told that wasn't possible and that I should be thankful that the employee that broke it was at least honest. They claimed it was the screen and of course had to be ordered and of course would take 3 days. Well it took 12 days this time and they of course forgot to order the screen protector I had on it. I had to ask to speak with the owner and his way of fixing the situation was to let me have my battery for free. Which was the only thing he really could have done. I've had my phone back for 3 days now and I've noticed the volume down doesn't work anymore which also means the screen shot won't work. Please don't take your phones to wireless world and if you do then plan on it taking 3 times longer than they say and they might break it. Read moreThe first time I used this place it was for an iphone screen, I was happy with the repair. This time it was for a Motorola stylus screen and the quality of the screen they repaired it with so horrible the phone broke 6 days after repair. I literally did absolutely nothing to it. I hadn't dropped it, hadn't sat on it, I was beyond careful with it and it primarily sat on a counter or in the console of my car the entire time. I called the store because it was still under their 30 day warranty and they refused to do anything. Basically their warranty only covers improper installation malfunction but they do absolutely nothing for for flat out poor quality of product.i waited 3 days for the screen to be ordered and I waited outside the store for an hour and a half for repairs that cost me 109$ and 6 days later I'm without a functional phone again to absolutely no fault of my own. If you want to throw your money in the trash go here... Otherwise spend the extra money and go to a real dealer with quality products.
