I went to drop off a package thru fed-ex, there was a line at the front cashier, I waited patiently. I went to see if I could find someone to help and found Miranda in the candy aisle looking confused with two bags of candy in her hands. I asked if anyone was available to help with fed-ex drop off, she very rudely said that I would have to wait until the cashier was caught up. I stood and waited. She then came over to the fed-ex counter acting very annoyed and bothered by having to assist with Fed-ex, scanned the label on the package and threw it into a locker behind the counter. I asked her for a receipt to show I had dropped off the package and she rudely informed me that they do not give receipts. She does not know why, but they don’t do that. I asked if there was someone more familiar with the fed-ex service that could help and I got a dissertation from Miranda about how she had been there for 10 years, and nobody knows more than her. News flash Miranda, you obviously do not know everything, because every other time I have dropped a package for fed-ex, I received a receipt. She needs to take her headset out of her ear and pay attention! Miranda was rude and very condescending. Do not recommend drop off at Walgreens...
Read moreI checked in and was called back by my first name. So i got up to follow. Without any further questions the nurse took my temperature and then told me to lift my sleeve up for a shot. I was confused lifted my sleeve. She cleaned my arm to prepare me for a shot.... I asked what the shot was for- she looked at me confused then I said Im here for a cold. There were two people by the same first name in the waiting room. She called me back and assumed I was the right person and was two seconds from giving me someone else shot had I not said anything. While I thought that was unprofessional by the time things were straighted out and I was seen the lady left me in the room without asking where i needed my perscription called in... So I kind of sat there not knowing it was time for me to leave or where to pick up my medicine. I think they NEED to be more particular about questions asked to patient. I almost recieved a shot that I could have been allergic to. Also would have no clue where to...
Read moreI picked up my prescription through the drive thru and opened it immediately as I pulled onto the road. I knew that part of the medicine was missing. I called within 2 minutes of picking up my prescription to let them know that I was short 20 pills. The pharmacist called me back about 10 minutes later and told me that HE PERSONALLY counted the pills and circled the quantity. He told me he pulled the tape and counted the meds and it was my mistake. The next day I called and spoke with the pharmacy manager and she actually pulled the video and counted the meds. She called me to apologize and told me it was their mistake to come pick up the rest of my meds. The pharmacist that made the mistake was Kelly. He basically accused me of stealing. When I went to pick up the rest of my meds I made them count them in front of me and I will continue to do so from now on. I don't appreciate being lied to and then called a thief!!! If I could leave NO STARS I would, but that's...
