I had the most horrible experience with this furniture place. Please don’t waste your time buying anything from this place. First I had chosen a bed in person and I was told it would be delivered at 3pm on a Friday. Mind you I have things to do and I was sure they would be on time then they said they would. The kind young lady said it was her mistake that they would be coming at 5pm instead she then apologized which I was okay with. Then they delivered the bed that I didn’t even choose. Not only that but it was broken. I was very unhappy. I was told they would bring a replacement the next day. Then the next day I get a phone call saying then can’t come that they will be coming the following day instead. They come the following day and end up bringing a totally different looking bed. Then I call the store and the nice sweet lady states she has to speak to her “boss”. Then she says the delivery guys can bring back the broken bed frame back to my house because they don’t have any more beds in that style anymore but I have to pay $50 dollars more because of the many times the delivery people had to come. Mind you I was now okay with keeping the broken bed frame instead of the other ugly one they brought me. First I don’t get the bed I want then I get a completely different bed that’s broken then I get it replaced again but in a different bed again then I’m getting charged $50 for their inconvenience when it was not my fault that they had to come so many times to my home. This is the worst place to buy furniture. Please beware. I wanted a full refund and they were charging me 30% of what I paid for when I shouldn’t even be charged anything since now I’m left with a broken bed frame. I should’ve gotten a full refund back or at least the same bed replaced. These people are the worst they make you feel guilty when in reality it’s their fault. Please beware before buying furniture from here!!! Instead of them giving me a full refund back they were gunna charge me 30% for a bed I didn’t even ask for in the first place. BEWARE PLEASE !!!
