LIES ABOUT HIS FAMILY MEMBERS GOING TO THE HOSPITAL WITH A STROKE ONE MORE THAN ONE OCCASION. I will never be back at this place again. I traveled an hour for the appointment that was made ONE DAY PRIOR. I took time off of work and showed up for my 5PM appointment. the door is locked, the lights are off, and when i called the store the only phone ringing was inside. someone walking past said he left several hours beforehand but I did not receive a call. I left him a voicemail pertaining to it and received a call informing me that one parent had a stroke and the other got into a car accident on their way to the hospital. a month and a half later, he shows up FOUR HOURS LATE for my friend who is in the SAME WEDDING PARTY. his excuse to my friend -- his father had a stroke. he has been late EVERY time i have shown up there, has lied to all my friends in the wedding party to make himself look better, looking for sympathy. his store is dirty, he can be rude, and most importantly his size chart is not actual measurements. it's "small, medium, or large". after going to a different place for my measurements that was closer, i call him up and he tells me the measurements are not accurate because they did not say whether i'm a small, medium, or large. when i finally made it back out there on another date, he shockingly was there but I had to wait for a fairly long phone call before he would help me. he proceeded to talk down on other businesses in the same profession this IS NOT SOMEONE I WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN. you will be better off in the long run without this store, please save yourself the time and headaches of dealing with this super unprofessional, lazy individual. to anyone who read the entire...

Do NOT use Tuxton. The guy who runs it, Scott, is possibly the worst at running a business as is possible. First of all his, his rentals are expensive and the rentals aren’t even his. He shows you a magazine and you have to order out of the magazine. I ordered grey tuxedos and brown shoes for all of my groomsmen, along with pocket squares and ties. Two weeks before the wedding date, he tells me he can’t get me the pocket squares and ties I wanted, so I had to get a backup plan. Then, two days (TWO DAYS!!!) before my wedding, when my groomsmen were picking up their rentals, he hands them black shoes. When they told him I ordered brown shoes he gave them an “oh s**t” look and started to panic in front of them. Scott called me frantically and I had to drive out there that night (40 minutes from my house) in order to try to see what he could salvage. Turns out he couldn’t salvage anything. His back up plan for shoes were terrible and didn’t go at all with the tuxedos. How do you forget a rental order? It is your only job! And then I have to find out only two days from the wedding? I had to leave Tuxton and go to Macy’s, spending over $250 for shoes to match. Scott’s solution for the debacle was a paltry $20 bucks off only my tux. It was an insulting and infuriating offer.

Coming from out of state, there truly was no other shop I wanted to go to for our suits. Other stores and giant chains could not provide the excellent customer service and quality we were looking for.
