Mega BBQ — Restaurant in Morristown

This place was a regular for me and my husband. We were going there at least once a week if not two. Unfortunately we saw how dirty they are. For example the cook, he cleaned his shoes with a towel that right after he used the same to grab dishes. Another time they were cooking ribs and chicken. They put degreaser for grill while the meat was there! Disgusting!!!

Besides that, they have a new girl in front which, no offense, she’s unprofessional! If I ask a meal without sauce she acts like I ask her the moon. And most of the time she just forgets our requests. I needed to ask her a few times for ice for my drink. Before they had a very nice lady which was very attentive. Don’t know what happened to her.

I also place orders from them for work, for me and my coworkers. The food comes ALWAYS wrong, especially if you ask for big plates.

Sorry but you guys lost a very good customer. I’m not gonna recommend you...

I'm so incredibly mad at myself for giving this place a try. I ordered the picadinho with a slice of tres leches. I couldn't even finish the tres leches it was that bad. The picadinho wasn't even picadinho. There was nothing fried it was more like a soup. There were no vegetables no cauliflower and although it was flavorful it is not the traditional picadinho! Additionally I feel I was ripped off! For $22 I got a third of a tray of food and then full tray of rice. Yes I read some of the bad reviews but figured the place was here so long that it must be good. It is not. I spent $30 for a crappy picadinho and a horrific slice of...

They messed up my order multiple times but I’ve typically let it go since the food has been good and we’ve gotten most of the items. I also thought the place showed improvements from my initial visit when i first checked them out when i moved to Morristown. However, I’m done giving this place chances. This time they messed up items in my order and didn’t refund me.
