Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Morristown

Usually great service and fresh food at this location, No IDEA WHAT has happened since my last visit but today's crew was slacking and apparently the first day on the job. Asked for a pretzel crust extra most bestest, cashier and manager had no idea how to make that happen, asked for just a pretzel crust pepperoni with extra pepperoni, no clue how to customize a simple order so the manager says she will just have them put extra on it, (Definitely did not). I ask the cashier to add two cheese jalapeno cups to my order and let her know there were none on the counter dispensers, she still insisted on checking the entire counter before proceeding to look under the counter to tell me they were out. Meanwhile the whole brand new unopened box is sitting right behind her, I ask if I can have two from the box? "I don't have a knife to open the box" then proceeds to ask one of the guys from the back to come cut open the box, he comes and pulls the tape off the side of the box, without a knife. I couldn't help but shake my head.. yet still after I paid for and awaiting my food to be completed, rather than actually stock the empty sauces or be prepared for any kind of lunch rush. Out of every possible pizza place in town, this place is my hubby's all time favorite especially considering their prices! My hubby would eat pizza every meal if he could and Little Ceasars Pizza would be at the top of his list. The $6 Hot-N Ready is a great concept. I have noticed additional items starting yo once again be added to the menu. A few yrs back, they tried this and it caused the quality of their food to suffer as well as caused longer wait times. While the additional options might be good it's not what the people want. Hopefully upper mgmnt will realize that a few new customers isn't worth losing several long time loyal customers. Time will tell. I will say that if you like your pizza on the exotic end with out of the ordinary toppings, this is not the best place for that. came on 4/29/23 at night and this is the day i decided never again and if you dont want to risk it go elsewhere. girl at the front and boxing boy had one job. put the pizza in a box and give it to the customer. 25 people came and went 45 minutes later i asked whats going on with my order and they had no clue what was going on they thought i never ordered and it never got made even after i keept asking her about it she never thought o i should look. until they where told it was made long ago and they lost it. girl that was at register just went back to keep flirting and playing with boxing boy like they did all night, other employee took 15 minutes to refund me my money cant even do that right. federal minimum wage is to much for these 2, if they were interested in doing their job as they were each other orders would stop...
