Don’t buy any jewelry from these people!!!! they don’t stand by their jewelry and try to trick you into upgrading instead of fixing the issue. My diamonds have fallen out of my ring 4 times and 1 time the whole setting almost fallen off. Each time they’ve charged me $100 to fix it. This time the diamond has again fallen out for the 5th time and I didn’t ask for a refund I asked for them to replace it with the same ring and Sal told me he could give me the same ring but I would have to pay the difference. Never apologize and offer to at least fix it for free nothing!!! Each time I’ve been gracious and tried to be understanding no more I’m going to take them to court for my money back. They know the jewelry isn’t any good and try to trick you into spending more money. If I can help one person from the same headache these people have caused me I will by telling you... I should've trusted my gut when they told me about their no-refund policy, which basically means 'tough luck' if you're allergic to their jewelry. I bought a few sparkly things, but the earrings decided to stage a chemical attack on my ears. The sales associate, Ashe, swore up and down that the material was pure, despite my warnings about my metal allergies. Now, they're asking me to pay for their mistake? That's like getting kicked in the teeth and then being asked to pay for the dental bill. It's disheartening to see a store not standing behind their products, but I'm hopeful they'll use this as a chance to grow. Jewelry stores should prioritize quality and customer satisfaction, or at least have a good return policy. Here's hoping they'll take this chance to improve and truly value their customers.
