Anytime you purchase jewelry from a reputable jewelry store, you're supposed to be able to go back and trade the piece for store value or sell it back. I asked Them would they buy a piece back and they stated they'll do store credit..
When I get in, they start to act like they don't know the value of gold or the difference between the karats.. Basically trying to sell you the lowest quality of gold for the Pure 100% gold prices..
On top of that, they didn't or won't honor the value of the piece bought and stamped BY THEM..
So what does that tell you about the value of the jewelry they're selling or the business they're doing? If they won't accept the jewelry back at the same price they sold it ty you, even though you have the receipt, what can customers say about the quality and value of the jewelry they're selling?? Is it worth it? Doesn't gold and diamonds appreciate or depreciate? In this case, it's appreciated...
Read moreI had a really disappointing experience with this seller. I purchased a wedding band that was too big, but Frank assured me it could easily be resized. Trusting his word, I bought the ring and flew back to New York. This was extremely frustrating, especially since Frank had promised me the ring was high quality and resizable — which turned out not to be the case. I ended up having to purchase a brand new band just one week before my wedding, adding unnecessary stress and cost to an already busy time.
I would not recommend buying from here unless you’re 100% sure of the size and don’t plan on needing any adjustments. The misrepresentation was disappointing, and I wish I had been given honest...
Read moreI wish I could give a zero. I had a canceled engagement and tried to return the ring by request of the finance company they work with. The ring was never worn and was in the same conditon of purchase 2 months ago the finace company offered to pay them 1K and then they take the ring and resale. They refused and the dude became rude. Awful experience and awful customer service. Then he tried to lie and say the ring was modified because it was sized. The lady that sold the ring was standing right there. The ring was never sized it was purchased at the size of my ex. I would never walk in this place again and I recommend you don't either. Why are you telling me to call the store and you all don't answer or respond? Even the leasing companies are trying to call you and you...
