This business deserves 1000 stars, all of them Sirius (the brightest star in the sky). We drove all the way from Essex Junction, VT to purchase Azek decking because we could never afford to buy it at the big box stores. Great communication via email, and the wonderful staff help load and tie down our purchase in the trailer. We were not charged extra for cutting the boards to fit into the trailer. In addition, we were able to buy the supplies we needed to install our deck. Great one stop shopping! I wish all my purchases for such projects could be conducted in this exceptional fashion. It is my sincerest wish that this company expand into Vermont. Mark deserves the stars and the business. I got the A-grade red cedar shake. His prices were 1/3 of VT pricing. Installation (especially in VT) is crazy expensive and I ended up doing this myself. The shake quality and thickness is excellent, but I decided to use a radial-arm saw to re-cut shake that I felt needed it. This may sound time consuming, but it really works out to about 15min per bundle. I saved a lot of time on installation with this approach. Other than the cuts, 99% of the shake is usable. Very little cupping, I really enjoy working with it. If you have never installed this before (like me), it is a lot of work but very addictive and pretty forgiving. These guys rock! I needed some composite trim to replace some rotted boards on the exterior of my home; my builder got a great product at a great price! My next project will be to replace the composite railing on my deck as it's splitting.
