On the morning of Tuesday, August 9, I booked an appointment online to have my Mavic 2 Pro looked at (and hopefully ultimately repaired).
I received a confirmation with instructions for the drop box around 8:30AM. I went to the drop box at 1:38PM and placed my Mavic 2 Pro into the drop box. I texted the number provided for confirmation that he had received it — there was a camera, so I presume he could see me drop it off.
I did not hear anything immediately so I gave it some time thinking that Chad might have been doing something cool with his working done. I did not hear from him that evening. I sent him an email at 10:35PM on Tuesday, August 9 asking if he had received my drone.
I have not heard anything from Chad. I do not have my drone. Did Chad fly off with my drone? I don't think so, but I don't know what's going to happen with my drone.
In the event that I hear from Chad I'll update my review accordingly.

Read moreI brought my DJI Mini Pro 3 Drone to Chad after I had crashed it. He elected to just give me a brand new drone to replace my broken one. In less than three days I was ready to go flying again. When I got the new one, I noticed the tracking left and right on the new drone wasn't working. I brought the unit back to Chad to have him look at it. He worked with me tirelessly to solve the issue. I assumed it was me, a setting I had incorrectly set, an update I had forgotten to install, etc. When Chad looked at it, he determined the brand new drone was defective out of the box (first time he ever experienced this) and exchanged it for another new one! Read moreI dropped my drone off on 9/10 for a simple estimate to see how much the repair on my Diji Mini 2 would cost. After dropping it off I called to ask when I would be able to pick it up, and Chad said a couple of days. After a couple of days, I received a text from Chad saying he sent me an email on the estimate and to let him know if I wanted to go through with the repair. I responded that I didn't receive that email and asked him to resend it. He then did not respond at all for the next 5 days. I have texted twice and called with no response at all.
