5 stars for customer service and also knowledge. I've been working with Greg on getting a speaker system set up in my WRX. I purchased the speakers separately and had Greg do the install. There was an issue with the speakers not working correctly, and Greg informed me to send it back and get some replacement parts. Upon getting the replacement parts, the issue (sound artifact) was still there. Greg worked for another 2 days in adjusting the setup, and he also worked on my behalf by calling the company who sold me the speakers directly for these 2 days. The company who sold the speakers had horrible customer service and essentially told me they would not refund anything despite the sound issue coming from their subpar equipment. Greg fought again on my behalf to make it right for me. Eventually Greg was able to get the speakers working properly. Despite having to reinstall the system a couple of times, he graciously only charged me for 1 additional hour of labor the second time around even though he spent a lot more time troubleshooting and installing. From my experience I would say Greg is hands down a class act, and extremely knowledgeable in his craft. Compared to the company who sold me the speakers, Greg did everything in his power to make it right, even though he had no obligation to do so. He's extremely friendly, and you can tell he cares about his customers and providing world-class service. I have used Wheels to Waves on two seperate occasions and I was impressed both times! An employee at West Marine referred me to Dave from Wheels to Waves and I am so glad he did! On the first occasion, Dave installed a set of speakers on my 30 foot boat and what was surprising was not only the quality of the work, but the manner with which he did it. He always responded to my messages in a timely manner and was extremely professional in every aspect of his work.

A few months after the speakers were installed, I noticed that one of the speakers didn't sound quite right. It turned out that there was a defect with that speaker, however the company that made it had discontinued that model. Dave came out and replaced both speakers free of charge! That is what I call an outstanding business model!

I was so impressed by his work that he did with the speakers that I decided to use Wheels to Waves to also install 4 underwater lights on the same boat. I couldn't meet him out there at the time to show him exactly where I wanted the lights but I completley trusted him and once again he did a fantastic job! He was able to reccomend products to me and just made the whole process super easy.

His pricing is very reasonable so you know that you are always going to be getting a fair price! Dave is incredibly knowledgeable and you can count on him to do a quality job!
