Mini Mall Storage — Local services in Mound

This is all in a week this happened: They are supposed to be opened to at least get to your unit, it's locked! Though they say they are online, they aren't! Called them, no answer! And I'm only in town/state for a few more days!

Yesterday this woman with short dark hair was rather rude, "We don't have dumpsters or this place would look like a dump!"

Besides all of this, it is rather a nice place to store your belongings, just prepare yourself for possible closing and not getting a response from your call!!

*Update: Turns out there's another entrance, which we weren't told about, but now we know. So the front entrance is always locked on Sundays bc nobody works in the office that day.

I'm still not happy how we were treated by Artis! I'm glad though others get along with her. Tracy is a complete GEM!!! Thank you Tracy for your empathetic attitude after I explained what we're here for. (And regardless if Artis is unaware of our business, she really lacked customer service with us, for a manager!)

I had a really nice chat with Ardis and she really is wonderful. She helped me, assist with even just packing tape, so I didn't have to buy a new roll. That may seem little to some, but it actually made it so much easier! Both Tracy AND Ardis are wonderful people, I would recommend this place in...

The monthly price for space goes up constantly. Almost every three months, girlfriend and I get a new notice. Why!? It's really ridiculous how much they charge. I'm close to buying a warehouse condo for what I spend a month here. Look into it. That would be 9 times the space of Mound Metro Storage 10x30. Just waiting for my bonus check for work. Then out of this outrageously priced location. And on to building equity. Not losing a penny to outlandish NYC priced storage fees. UPDATE: Yes, my girlfriend is the signatory. Discus what? How Metro Storage raises the rent every couple months to unaffordable levels? Really idiotic response. I encourage everyone to avoid this place. Go further out a few miles. Get something cheap. this location is more expensive per sq ft than a NYC apartment. Throwing your money away. Oh, they don't allow legitimate negative comments on their own...

I needed to store my kayak in a pinch and Metro Storage in Mound was able to deliver! From my first call to reviewing options in person and signing a rental agreement, my experiences with Jake and Ardis were great. They both took the time to explain options, answer questions, and ensure I understood the rental and requirements. Onsite Ardis literally walked me through spaces I asked about and even suggested one I didn't realize existed. Much appreciated as I ended up using the space she suggested. It was the end of the office day, but Ardis didn't rush me. She was very thorough, professional, positive, and easy to work with. She made the whole process worry free and easy.
