New Market Crossing — Local services in Mount Airy

I went to Roses. Their selection of baby dolls, a wide variety of types (soft, large, plastic, cloth, etc.) was limited to "one race," which is fine. I have no problem buying my granddaughter an ethnic baby doll, my issue is that there was NO choice. Literally ALL of the baby dolls were the same color, on 3 aisles, at least a dozen different types of baby dolls, yet NONE were Caucasian. You know, I can only imagine what it must feel like to be Asian, African-American, or Latino and want to buy a baby doll for my child and being faced with only a selection of white dolls, none to represent my child's race/color/ethnicity. i wish you would clean up the old sonic. The Lowes is so nice. you should invest in this center. the food place that operates there is delicious, but the building is falling down and filthy... shame on you as a landlord for not fixing this place up for the tenant and the community. Mt Airy is a lovely town with too many abandoned...
