Out of town order-and very last minute order that I wasn’t even sure could be done. I wanted flowers delivered to my daughter’s work for her birthday. I called and hung up my call was returned by Noah which missed the call while working on someone else’s order. I didn’t have to call back - he called me since he missed my call. I explained what I was wanting and expressing I was pretty sure due to the timing he probably wouldn’t be able to help me. He listened, I mean really listened..so crucial in his line of business-taking someone’s words and seeing what they are saying. Noah kindly accepted the challenge. I was like seriously?! Blown away by his strong work ethic and his helpful, calming personality. I anxiously awaited as he went to work creating a colorful, fun work of art in a very slim amount of time. He knocked it out of the park with his vision! My daughter LOVES her birthday bouquet and Noah’s attention to detail. This florist went above and beyond!...

I recommend that you call or place your order in person. I placed an order for a flower arrangement a day before our 27th Wedding Anniversary to be delivered to my wife's job by 11am knowing that she would be leaving her job early at 2pm. I spoke to my wife at 2:30pm with no mention of the flower arrangement at all. I immediately called Horse Feathers and they didn't even know that an order had been placed through the website. It took them 20 min. to find the order. They delivered the flowers to her job after 4pm causing my wife to cancel an appointment so that she could drive back to her job to pick up her arrangement. I usually love to support small local businesses, however I will not be returning to this business. I ordered a fall bouquet for my mom for her 70th birthday, and I have to say I was extremely disappointed when I saw it! None of the lilies were opened and the fall leaves were all wilted and sad looking stuck into the side. There was a total of 2 small sunflowers, 5 extremely green/unopened lilies, 2 roses and a few carnations. When I called to share my disappointment, she said the only thing she could do was come pick them up and give me a refund- how could I do that? They were a GIFT, already delivered to my mom! There is no way I would ever pay $90 for this small kind of arrangement. We will not be purchasing from Love in...
