La Vita Pizzeria — Restaurant in Mount Holly Township

As a child I love going there for the cheese fries the mozzarella cheese fries I used to walk from Holbein stop there then head home and a lot of us kids did that then as I got older will say let's see I'm 34 now when I was 30 I stopped in and you know the staff was very friendly and I mean extremely friendly to my dad hit my mom we're getting some arguments he would sit there and they let him sit there and just drink a Pepsi they were very pleasant to him they would talk to him they even knew what he wanted now that was probably actually about a year ago now I went there the other day and the two girls just aren't with it with the menu with the prices or it with the length of time a pizza I used to work at a pizza place and I dunno great communication you need between you and your kitchen staff you need to know how long of a wait there is to see people you need to know how long of a wait for the delivery drivers you need to know how long a pizza has been in or how long until catering order you need to prep there so many things you need to talk to your kitchen stuff for I had a girl tell me it'll be ready in about 10 minutes the kitchen the pizza man said actually were pulling it out right now. My bill came to 30 $2 I tried to add a small beverage to get it to $35 so I can use the $5 coupon when I added the small beverage it brought it from 32 to 33 and some change. take that off so I added a larger beverage the biggest one they had which is a 2 liter and the girl tells me it brings it to $24 she wanted to go back and forth talking about taxes and before taxes and the person next to me said no ma'am you did tell her $24 for a larger beverage this doesn't make any sense can you please look down at the screen and she wanted to argue over it so I at that point didn't want any sodas I almost didn't want the food. When I got home and opened up the Margarita Pizza it was covered in Parmesan cheese as far as I know most pizza places that I go to don't put parmesan cheese on a margherita pizza they put fresh basil I recommend that...

Today we ordered 3 cheese steak sandwiches, a deluxe with oil & vinegar with ketchup, 1 regular with extra cheese & bacon, and another regular cheese steak with raw onions. However we received a deluxe cheese steak with bacon, and 2 regular cheese steaks without the extras we paid for. So we called to inform them we received 3 incorrect sandwiches. The girl that answered the phone was clueless beyond belief after explaining the error she repeated them incorrectly. She says you got a cheese steak with extra cheese and bacon; no I received a regular cheese steak no extra cheese or bacon, she says oh ok, so you ordered another cheese steak with extra cheese and raw onions, that's right but I received just a regular cheese steak, then she says and a deluxe cheese steak with oil and vinegar and ketchup, I said yes but instead of the oil and vinegar and ketchup, I got bacon.so all 3 were incorrect. They said that they will send us the raw onions and a new regular cheese steak with bacon. I said what about the deluxe, I did not want bacon and i don't want to wait for raw onion. After several minutes of arguing they said they would finally remake all of sandwiches and deliver it. Well we decided to pick them up because in a previous situation they came back and hour later with out giving us priority and 15 minutes had past. At that point my husband went to pick up the food, no one apologize and the food wasn't even done. It is a shame. Unfortunately I had to put a one just to make a review but you defiantly don’t deserve that a paying customer is a paying customer NOT to mention a EVERYDAY !!!!!!! Paying customer refusing to sell a 2 lt. is a understatement in this review….. let’s mention first of all WHO do you think you are raising your voice at my child that gives you business every day of the week???? Secondly if you treated every customer as you did today to my daughter you be out of business, better yet I wish you spoke to me that way !!! I refuse to let my child ever give you one penny of her hard earned money and be treated like she was today. And further more my family orders from you religiously every Friday night that will end as well. I never in my life heard of a business “Food chain”to ever do what you guys did today it’s quite sad.
