Downtown Pizza and Grill — Restaurant in Mount Holly Township

I probably order from downtown at least 2-3 times a week. Today I placed an order and the kid (guy) on the other end of the phone sounded extremely unprofessional, even in the ordering process. After spending $55.00 , and tipping they had forgotten my slices of pizza and the salads didn’t come how I ordered them. When my husband called he was told they can’t make the delivery driver bring me back the slices they forgot for my kids. So my husband asks to speak to the manager. The kid puts him on hold and gets back on the phone pretending to be the manager. So my husband calls him out on it and he proceeds to tell him the manager didn’t want to get on the phone and told him to ask what he wanted?!?! Really. ?!?! Needless to say........ my husband is on his way to the shop for the number to the owner and the slices we paid for , with the two salads they didn’t get right. I have been a loyal customer for years....... not sure if I’ll be staying that way...

Downtown pizza has ZERO regard for the health and safety of its guests. Today, I walked in to place a carry-out order. While waiting for my food, I witnessed the owner of the store walk around behind the counter without a mask on. I saw him cough into his hands and then slide a pizza into the oven. I saw him grab what appeared to be a sandwich (his lunch) from off the top of the pizza oven, take a bite, and, without washing his hands, return to the main serving counter. Why? WHY? One of the cooks also did not have his face mask on as he was cooking. The only person I saw wearing a mask (fully and without removing it) on staff was the young woman at the register and and older man who seemed to be a delivery driver. Good leadership and responsibility starts at the top, and this owner clearly does not care about his staff or his guests. Even though I paid for my food, I was so appalled, I walked out without my order....

First time in this place. Everything was very nice on entering. Got a simple cheesestake w/ works a soda and a water. Spent $13, only to realize the cheesestake doesn't come with fries. Shrugged it off. Tasted the sandwich. Very bland and the middle was cold. Upon bringing this to the attention of the girl at the front I simply received a confused and condescending "I'm sorry?". Afterwards I was simply asking where I may retrieve the water I purchased from another girl at the front. She gives me a look like I'm stupid and like she would rather not be bothered with apparent stupid questions from first timers. Only plus side was an elderly Marine that made me feel somewhat welcomed. Overall did not have a good...
