Bowman Andros Truck Check In — Local services in Mount Jackson

1st time here. Arrived Sept 24, 2024 with a reefer, all loose apples on the floor. Was informed I was 2 days early and told to return 7 AM the following morning as overnight parking was not permitted. I headed to Liberty truck stop (next door) with ample nice parking 4 the night and returned at 7 am. I was instructed to pull up to the stop signs b4 the NEW scale and return to check-in office. Once checked in they had me return to my truck and proceed on the new scale, wait for the green light. Then parked again waiting for a call. 3 hrs later I get a call to proceed to unloading, 23 hrs b4 my appointment time. They started on me right away. It took about an hr to unload me leaving me a mess on the floor requiring a trailer washout 20 mins away by the Pilot & Loves Exit 291. Once unloaded I headed back to the check-in office to rescale and get signed BOLs. Thank you Bowman Andros for unloading me...

This is the first time I've been to this place, I have a floor load of apples, I got there at 8am and checked in, everyone there was super nice and the women are sweet, they took my bills and wrote my number down and said go hangout in my truck and they will call me shortly to get a door to unload, now mind you I have something that has my thumb swelled big and hurting bad, and I was waiting to get unloaded to go take care of it , they knew it, and here it 2:30am the next day and I'm still waiting,. It's not the time that upsets me, but they could have called and told me so I could have went and taken care of my stuff that's pretty serious...

I was at this place back in July of last year and it took them four hours for them to get me loaded because they didn't have the stuff ready. Stay away from this...
