Dollar General — Local services in Mount Jackson

Was accused of being a Thief by an Employee, Becky, the General Manager.

Went to DG to shop with my mom and I had to use the restroom;I accodentally Mistook the Employee lounge for it and with attitude Becky blocked me and said "Can I help you?" very rudely I said "Oops sorry wrong door" and went to the real restroom. I left Restroom because the Toilet was very dirty and Disgusting, Nobody Cleaned it. I took my backpack purse and Jacket off because It got hot in the store; At checkout Becky demands I "Shake my Coat out" for her accusing me of Theft. When she sees nothing is stolen she didn't apologize or anything.

Later, My father calls the store to reprimand the manager for her absolutely KAREN behavior, She lies to him and tells him I opened my bag in the middle of the store, then Hangs up on my Father.

NEEDLESS to say This Dollar Store has lost a lot of Long time customers due to her behavior. DO NOT go...

Don't go there expecting acceptance of your tax exemption. They insist you contact corporate and deal with them to get permission to get tax exemption. Also, their staff seems to not know how to ring it up Suggest you go to any other dollar store chain-- they do accept your tax exempt certificate and know how...

I would put more stars, but honestly they need to pick up the pace an really clean up the store, no body likes having carts full of boxes to stock shelves sitting everywhere an blocking isles they need to get to. They also need to worry about some of the employees having attitudes towards...
