Columbia Factory Store — Local services in Mount Joy Township

Came here for the first time last week. I had never been to a Columbia Outlet, but I was familiar with the brand. Anywho, promptly greeted by a an employee, who I later learned to be Shauna. She was polite and welcoming I told her that I was just browsing at the moment. She said "okay well if you need anything please don't hesitate to ask. Few minutes go by and she checks on me again. She was quite busy, it seemed, but she took the time to tend to ms and other customers. I admired that. Working in retail can be quite exhausting at times. I did approach her later and asked about a specific item. She was quite knowledgeable about it and other products when comparing them. Moments later she rang me up. She asked if I was interested in some of the items up front. I told her not at this time but thank you. I paid for my item. We exchanged professional goodbyes and I was on my way. This particular store in Gettysburg is probably the best outlet experience i've ever had. The quality of the product is great; the discounts are a true value, not just shaving a bit off the price. The store is clean and well-organized; it's not just a bunch of racks with odd and mixmatched stuff. But above all else, the staff are always professional, friendly, and helpful. Never seen any of the behaviors you encounter in similar places like staff ignoring you, being rude, talking on their phones - none of that. They are the key to the whole experience. i'm kind of a regular and always stop in on the way to town, so i've had plenty of chances to catch them in a bad moment - and it just hasn't happened. This store has excellent customer service. I'm actually shocked at the negative comments, in fact.. I believe they are probably fake due to fact the same 2 employees are repeatedly mentioned. I've received only the best service and have outfitted my entire family for the winter here. Their management staff is top notch and it saddens me that someone with a personal vendetta would make such comments. Get over whatever your problem is dude and if its because you weren't hired?
