The guys here are great! Their names are Dusty, Walker, Matt and Wally. You can really tell they enjoy their job, and working together, as they made something as mundane as getting a phone, fun! I was actually in a huge rush for a family commitment, but couldn't get my phone any other day. They made the time fly by, and eased my stress with some laughs. Walker was my sales associate. He helped me get the best possible upgrade on my phone, explained all of my options, and actually got me set up with some premium insurance, as I tend to be a little clumsy with my phone. My phone's mobile data stopped working randomly and I went through 3 different customer service agents on the phone in an attempt to see if it could be fixed. I was told I would need to pay off the remaining balance and upgrade to a new phone as it couldn't be fixed.

Decided to stop in at the actual store and see if anything could be done, and Chris knew the solution and had it fixed within 5 minutes. Amazing what some in depth knowledge can provide. Have had good experiences here before and Chris just kept the pattern going in a positive direction. ...

I had to make a switch- and I’m very glad I did!!! The ease of transferring my data and service back to Verizon after a decade with other providers was almost unreal. Especially for how busy they were for a holiday promotional weekend, they had what I wanted and needed in stock. Matt and Scott handled my non-tech saviness, talked me thru their different products and got me upgraded to a newer, nicer phone and an iwatch!
