Read a review about a woman who is an employee there who was belittling and being rude to an elderly customer, well I guarantee that’s the same woman who was abhorrently rude to my fiancé and I when we asked a simple question about where to find base layer clothing in the store. She was initially irritated with us right from the start. She stated she did not know what a base layer was, and asked us what it was (weird that she works at a store that sells mostly outdoor gear, and doesn’t know what a bar layer is) so we explained it to her, and she thought we were attacking her by simply answering her question. My fiancé awkwardly laughed because the situation was weird right from the start, then she accused him of laughing at her! New manager, new store! Now that the previous intolerable ogre of a manager has been finally sacked, or run out of town by an armed mob or whatever the situation was, the store is back to how it was prior to her tenure. It is filled helpful, polite employees that are more than willing to assist and it has a good selection for a small location. My wife and I were in today with a warranty jacket that they cheerfully exchanged, as well as arranging to have an item that was out of stock shipped directly to our home. Whereas we used to drive the extra hour to the Hagerstown location, we are happy to once again to be customers of the Gettysburg store. Keep up...

Great selection. The staff were on top of everything, even though it was black friday and there was one particular very rude customer berating the manager and a cashier in front of everyone for things entirely out of their control. The two workers handled it well, and major props to the manager for defending the employee! The layout was nice and didn't feel overcrowded. Everything was also arranged very neatly...
