Customer service was amazing. We went 2 weeks ago, My wife and I both bought shoes. When I got home I placed my box in my closet and pulled them out a week later to wear them, noticed that the inner lining had come loose and was no longer glued to the sole of the shoe. Went back to UA and explained. Upon exchanging them for another pair of the exact shoe notice they no longer had my size. The staff refunded me my money onto an UA Gift Card of which they then ordered the same pair and size online with that gift card and had them shipped to my house.
