Unbelievable!!!!!! My son came in with his friends this evening. Everyone ordered burgers. My son never got his. My son is shy, so he never says anything until the last burger arrives for the friend that was 20 minutes late. The waiter ARGUES with him that he DID receive his food. This never get resolved!!!! Then the cashier makes him PAY for it, even after he tells her what happened!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Not to mention the waiter had said if you sign up for app, free appetizer, and he ended up PAYING for that as well!!!!
UPDATE: 8/2 Red Robin replies to this post 8/8 I see their reply and I send email explaining situation. 8/10 they reply asking what location this happened at 8/11 they email saying they tired to call me (if they did, they did not leave a voice mail) and told me to call them back but did not leave number to call (which can not be find on their app or website either) I reply to email asking for phone number. 8/13 I finally find a number for their customer support. I call and they tell me my case is being reviewed and should have a reply within 24 hours. Ok. 8/17 NOT A WORD. NOTHING RESOLVED.
UPDATE 9/18: Finally reached out last week to support again since no one EVER followed up. Well support connected me to the local GM. Spoke to the lady GM. Very nice. Very apologetic. Had a good idea of who the waiter and manager were. Said both no longer worked there. She said she was going to pay for the family to come back in and to give them another chance. Said gift card would be in my email the next day.
Tomorrow it will have been a week since I spoke to her.
I’m not sure wtf is going on with Red Robin, but I’m done. Never again. I will always tell this story when some one brings up Red Robin. I will do everything I can to discourage people from giving them business.
I highly recommend you pass on them as well. ML Rose is right next door. Superior in all ways.
I’m gonna repost this review once a month for as long as I...

What a fall from grace.... This location used to be my husband and I's favorite location. We live a couple hours away but always visit when we come into the city. Today we were in the city again and super excited to visit our favorite Red Robin location... WHAT a massive disappointment!!! When we arrived the hostess told us we had a couple minute wait, no problem, we sat down in the waiting area to wait to be called. As we sat there, two or three more parties came in (some bigger than ours) and were seated immediately! The hostess completely ignored us. We finally went to stand back up at the podium and the hostess acted like she'd never seen us before and we had just walked in the door. Confused, we were seated. We proceeded to wait a full half hour before our waiter even took our order despite him only having a couple other tables and them all receiving regular service. As we waited, I paid a visit to the restrooms and they were absolutely TRASHED. One stall didn't even have a door! 🤦♀️ Back at the table , once our waiter FINALLY took our order, the food did come out comparatively quickly to everything else but, unfortunately, it was time for the next great disappointment! The buns used to be warm and had a fresh taste, these were cold, styrofoam-like, and flavorless. The burgers were also lacking in flavor and the toppings had been severely cut back. Once our food was dropped off, the waiter said he'd be back with napkins. We proceeded to spend the entire meal napkinless as we carefully tried not to make too much of a mess that we'd be unable to clean up! We never saw our waiter again till our meal was already over and it was too late. Overall, an INCREDIBLY disappointing experience and we won't be in ANY hurry to return, if we ever do, to our previously favorite location. So so SO disappointed. Not worth the...
Read moreThe one in Mount Juliet is horrible, just horrible! The server who's hair looked like she stuck her finger in the light socket was so patronizing and rude. First time in to eat and I sat there for 15 minutes. Then she screamed across the bar and told me to be patient, she'd be there when she was finished. I have to make drinks too. The table is wooden and my arms were sticking. Because I thought you had to place your order on the computer at the table, she came running over and in a patronizing tone told me not to touch it until I got ready to pay. Now on to the food. It was my birthday and I had a free birthday sandwich at Red Robin. Since the sandwich came with a side, I was told if I upgraded to a premium side it would be included with the sandwich. No charge. Well, guess what? It's not. The mac and cheese was hot but the sandwich was cold. Then when I went to pay thru the computer on the table, apparently I didn't move fast enough, so the server came over to scold me, and said it times out. So I put my phone number in and swipe my card. It doesn't work. So she takes it and brings it back and informs me she had to put something over it to get it to scan. She literally ruined my brand new card. The strip on the back was scratched up big time. Also, DO NOT use the salt and pepper grinders on the table. Moisture has built up inside, liquefied the salt, then hardened again. If you shake it, it's just solid and just looks gross. I went to leave and the hostess was too busy with her phone to even say thank you for coming. I wish someone from management would close for a day and make ALL employees scrub with hot soap and water and change out the salt and pepper grinders. Then clean up the attitude. ...
