Open sign on, door unlocked yet, I was still refused service. The kicker the cashiers were servicing another customer while I was refused service and told to leave. I don't appreciate that they were openly laughing and mocking me while escorting the customer to the door. The only enjoyment out of the experience was the fact the customers wife accused him of cheating on her upon his arrival to their vehicle. The parking situation is also distasteful as there have been many times I've had to park behind the building just to find a spot. Over all would not recommend this location. Vintage wine and spirits have a much friendly staff and accessible parking lot. 10/10 would recommend them...

I asked twice for help with some questions in a bottle of Bourbon, the first time I was given a name, I asked where it was and was then ignored. I then asked again and the sales assistant walked over to help me then just turned around ! So the customer service skills were pretty much non existent. I then went to the Providence Wine and Liquor store, where we were treated like a customer and the bottle of bourbon I wanted was $8 cheaper. We never buy big bottles or massive alcohol. We monitor what we drink so we buy minis. And not that it’s any of her/their business but it doesn’t mean we drink them all the same night.
