Nutrition Nova — Restaurant in Mount Juliet

I should have left this review months ago. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that this place, is one of the best around! Hands-down! Not only are the owners amazing, the product is fabulous, and every staff member that works there, is wonderful! No matter how many times I go in, which is probably every single day during the week, everybody there is always friendly, warm , welcoming, fun and encouraging! Even if they’re SWAMPED, everyone still has a smile on their face and are ALWAYS willing to help you!!! Their teas are HANDS DOWN the best I’ve ever had and ALWAYS top notch!! The shakes are phenomenal and I don’t LOVE protein tastes! They know that about me already, because they’ve taken the time to get to know me and my likes and dislikes. And still the shakes are wonderful!!! To the post beneath mine, I am SHOCKED that this would even be a review, number one, because this not at all the type of place that would receive a review like this, number two, because as you can see from other reviews, this clearly isn’t a place like what you’re stating and number three, if this was something you’ve felt!?! Why would you leave such a review instead of speaking to an owner first!?! Giving someone a second chance before leaving this type of review. Yes, they were completely slammed, it would be because, they are amazing, and like I stated, their product is amazing. Hey, did you know that they also have the option for you to call in your order? So mornings, if you were busy, your time is not taken up by waiting in line for your drink? That’s another reason why it might’ve taken just a little bit longer than normal. Because not only are they helping the people inside their building, but they are also helping the people on the phones such as yourself. I would really suggest, instead of leaving such a nasty review, such an untrue review, that you would really open your heart, and allow yourself, the chance to REALLY know what Nutrition Nova is really about.

Two weeks ago, I experienced something new: Nutrition Nova.

I quickly found out that that was an experience that is needed often. Nutrition Nova serves its customers meal-replacement shakes, vitamin-loaded teas, and most importantly, their daily dose of hope.

From the first opening day, Nutrition Nova has maintained top-notch quality, reasonable prices, and a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

Following their high standards for quality and health, Nutrition Nova ensures that all items on the menu are as natural as they are healthy.

Their prices are beyond reasonable - and beat your former smoothie/shake location (even without your normal add-ins!). A low-carb, low-calorie, low-sugar meal replacement shake loaded with protein and a vitamin loaded, sugar free tea to keep you hydrated all day is less than your usual Smoothie King! Nova has an array of flavors, which is excellent for even the most particular palettes.

But it is not only the price and product alone that sets Nutrition Nova apart.

It’s the personality.

The staff clearly has more in store for their customers: a friendly encounter that will leave you feeling filled with more than a tasty nutrition-packed tea or shake. When entering, you will be immediately greeted and made to feel at home. The friendly staff will assist you in placing your order whether its your first visit or 20th visit, as they are very knowledgable about their shakes and teas. After speaking with the owners, its clear that their idea of nutrition goes beyond physical. Nutrition Nova offers a new approach from the cold corporate norm: they genuinely care.

I did try the Captain America and Georgia Peach loaded teas: SOOO Good!!!!!! Will definitely be back.

The shop was super cute. Absolutely loved the decor!!!

We got: Happy Camper tea- I was not a fan. Kind of tart Watermelon Jolly Rancher tea- I liked it. Tart and woke me up Samoa Protein Shake- I really liked it. I did not eat breakfast so it did keep me full. Between that and the tea I was satisfied and had some extra energy Wedding Cake protein shake- One sip and threw it out. I did not like the flavor. It was pretty though. Price was reasonable for shakes. More expensive than Starbucks for the tea but for a once in awhile treat I would do it.

Staff was mixed. One was rude- rude in a sense of not friendly. I had never been and wanted help on choosing what to get (I did not care about flavors but what is the most popular). She looked like she did not want to be there. The other girl was nice and actually acted like she liked her job.

Not sure I will be back although I feel great and I am not sure if that was from the tea or the shake since I tried both. I would like to try banana nut.. They were out of the Captain America because that looks pretty that and mermaid.
