Came in and was greeted by Priscilla and Jessica at the front desk ,and they were both very friendly. My eye exam was very thorough and I was given lots of information from each of the people involved. Dr Joanna Welsh was very good and helped me through the fact I was going to need to wear glasses for the first time. Dr Welsh is an amazing Dr and I would recommend anyone to switch and go see her and the staff over at Optique. She also was able to share her own experiences with wearing glasses and it helped me feel more comfortable with the idea of wearing them.Dr Paul Difore has done an amazing job putting the right staff in place and they get you in and out all while making you feel at home. Once my exam was over I had the pleasure of having the office manager Julie help me pick out the perfect pair which I am excited to try on once they come in . Julie helped me step out of my comfort zone and provided exceptional service while I was probably not the easiest of patients to deal with. Eric then stepped in as the office Optician and did a great job sharing his own experiences and assured me I would love my glasses. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. DiFiore and his amazing team, particularly Dr. Welsh and Julie! I have been a patient since I was 11 years old, and now at 30, I can confidently say that this practice has consistently provided me with the best eye care imaginable.

I called to schedule an appointment based on the good reviews they have. I asked for my co pay information prior and was told it would be $69. Thought it was strange but didn't pay any mind. When I went for the appointment, Dr was informative. It was the sales associate that left a bad taste for me.

I felt extremely judged when I wanted to hold off on the glasses as they estimated me $510. Her demeanor completely shifted and gave me pushback regarding my decision. I called later for my prescription since I didn't feel comfortable coming back after such a negative interaction. My statement was dismissed, no acknowledgement of the lack of professionalism.

To top off the experience, the invoice they gave me showed that my copay was only $30. There was an additional charge for what is called optomap. I was not informed of an additional charge. They simply added it to my copay. It boils down to principle and integrity which I did not receive.
