Mochiatsu Mt Laurel — Restaurant in Mount Laurel Township

I just came into get my free donuts from my rewards card, and the cashier tried to imply my stamps weren’t valid as if I’m counterfeiting them. Some of my bank statements are appearing as repeats (and some of my transactions I paid in cash), but the fact of the matter is that I’ve been coming into this shop multiple times with proven purchases.

It’s insulting that they would think I would try to defraud a business which I continued to support, even with it being out of my price range as a working class college student. Additionally, I come in here with my name badge and college lanyard almost every time I’ve been in here. If I truly wanted to scam your business out of ONE order of a half a dozen donuts, why would I constantly wear identifiable attire?

I am immensely disappointed in myself to have even spent $1 at this place, seeing how they essentially spit in my face and tried to imply I’m lying in front of multiple customers. Why even offer a rewards program if you’re gonna snatch the reward from me the second I try to claim? Either get a more reliable rewards program or don’t...

This was our first time visiting the Mt. Laurel Mochiatsu location, though we have been to other locations before. The shop is very clean and the staff are friendly. Seating is limited with about three tables, but the donuts are displayed nicely and look inviting.

We ordered four Korean corn dogs, one potato, two blue Takis, and one Hot Cheeto, plus a peach smoothie and four donuts. The wait was about ten minutes. We actually received a peach slushie instead of the smoothie, and while it was not bad, it was very sweet. We also received a regular corn dog instead of the potato one we ordered.

The bigger disappointment was that the Takis and Hot Cheeto corn dogs were only about a quarter coated, compared to other locations we have been to where they are fully coated. At nearly $8 each, you expect consistency, especially when other locations deliver on that.

My top tier boba and donuts shop. The staff are friendly, donuts and boba teas taste good with various options, specially store like this who sells mochi donuts is very rare in mt laurel. I like that lemon iced tea, really unique taste with the sour and sweetness being combined very well. Also did I mentioned about the prices? Oh my god it’s so cheap for a boba and teas, other places cost me around $6.5 here only around $5 their boba teas still looked very filled out specially when the bubbles on it faded. Definitely...
