We frequently go to the Mount Laurel, NJ location. I bring my two boys who are 11 and 6 who love the water park at funplex. This location has plenty of lifeguards always working and they test the water levels in the water several times a day. I see volunteer EMT's walking around the park in case of any injuries. The staff is very friendly and the environment is clean. The days it rains and the water park is closed we go inside to go bowling and ride rides. We chose the yearly pass for the most value instead of paying $59 per visit. You get five discounted platinum bands to give to family and friends at a price of $30 each with each pass. You also get 10% off all food to earn fun perkx, two buddy days during the summer to bring a guest for free, one hour of free bowling per day, and the pass gets us access to the entire park with no limitations. For the food service inside they offer healthy options as well which is nice. I am looking forward to the hotel being completed next year they are building now. The mount laurel location is conveniently located right off of 295. Great place to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible experience. I was there for 10 minutes. Went straight to the water park where I was informed that I couldn't get in because there was a lightning strike which is fine. Safety first. I agree. So I went to ask for my money back. ($170 for two adults and one 4year old) I was informed that they don't give refunds, only rain checks. after refusing a raincheck for 30 minutes from some 17-year-old kid who claimed to be the highest ranking supervisor on staff. After they saw I wasn't leaving without my money they finally decided to give me my money back. Just that easy. When I asked them why they gave me such a hard time with giving my money back? He said because they are instructed not to give people their money back, I left and went 20 minutes to the nearest indoor water park. Called the Big kahuna and had a great time with my family for the rest of the day. I give Big Kahuna a five star and this place a negative one for horrible...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot too crowded but the black lifeguard at the bucket Splashinā Speedway is really rude and made us feel very unwelcomed. He screamed really loud multiple times at my 4 year old daughter because she tried to sat down the play area near the sprinkle. You donāt need to be rude. She will understand if you speak calmly and nicely. Unbelievable! Iāve read some reviews somewhere in tripadvisor about the same experience with the lady watching the slides. Now I know people donāt just make up those negative reviews. I just wish the lifeguards are more friendly. I donāt even understand why they donāt allow people to sit there. All other waterparks let you do that while watching the kids play. I regret going there! It breaks my heart seeing my daughter traumatized. I saw in her eyes how scared she was. Never again! Thereās no way we are going back...
