EDIT (1/12/2024): Two years ago, I was happy to express my satisfaction with this location's accommodating service and quality. Ordering our food was straight forward and the proportions were very generous. How times have changed. Echoing the sentiment of other reviews here, my last visit to this establishment was met with disappointment. The service at the front was solid and very polite; no complaints there. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for whoever it was that was handling our food. The quality of the food was just OK--standard Taco Bell and whatnot--but the portions were very meager in comparison to the price, leaving me unsatisfied when I had left.
OLD REVIEW, 5/5 (??/??/2022): Our server, Darnell, was very kind, efficient, and accommodating, offering to read out a list we had prepared to go through each order one by one. We wanted to get two quesaritos, but were unaware that they were an item exclusive to the mobile app. Despite this, however, Darnell made sure to accommodate us and hooked us up with everything on our order in addition to the quesaritos. Additionally, after making a mistake on our beverages, he quickly got to work fixing our order and even gave us the mistake beverage for free. Overall, our service, food, and experience were exemplary and highly...
Read moreWe ordered pick up through Uber Eats, went inside because the drive through line was so long. It took five minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence and, despite the UE app saying that my order was ready for pick up, I waited further while they prepared my food. This alone would have been fine, I get it that it was busy and I know how to wait my turn. However, when I checked my bag in the car, I found they had forgotten the quesadilla; I went back inside and was again not greeted. I asked an employee at the counter, who had looked at but ignored me, if she could help me get the quesadilla for my order. I watched her go to the kitchen, tell another employee, and the other employee took a quesadilla from another bag of another order that was in the prep line. Having gotten our complete order, we went home and were disappointed again by the soggy tacos. They were crunchy up top but literally everything fell out the bottom whenever we picked up a taco. The quesadilla that almost wasn't, was filled with cold cheese and was pretty dry from the scant jalapeno sauce inside. The nachos, which were the only reason we had ordered in the first place, were stale and also soggy. An all-around...
Read moreThey are supposed to be open until 1am and routinely sit inside and do not come to the drive through starting at 11pm or earlier. When u go to the window they ignore you or claim that their drive through is broken as the prompt states "were sorry were closed" when anyone pulls up, this has happened 4 times to me now and I've stopped trying; Mc Donald's is across the street and their nighttime service is stellar, with very kind employees.
When I tried to submit my complaint to Taco Bell online, the submit button is a dead button (I tried on 2 devices on different days). I cannot comment on the quality of food because I haven't been able to get any of it, the food is only as good as the service available and those willing to prepare it; so far Taco Bell in Mt. Laurel has the worst service with rude nighttime employees that have no regard for their hours or quality customer service. If I had any means to tell them this directly, I would have, but unfortunately they made that impossible.
On top of that, they then tore down the next closest one that actually had decent service most of the time and kind employees that did their job well. I hope they've moved on to...
