Amazon Locker - Hygienist — Local services in Mount Olive

Why isn't Amazon fixing this??? There are double doors that say "package pick-up" which is the obvious pick-up location, but NO. I went there 2 days in a row thinking I was checking outside of business hours (Sunday & Monday @ 4pm) because the doors there are always locked. Turns out you have to enter the associate entrance ??? I called Amazon, who provided me with a phone number for amazon locker. They explained to me very clearly where the proper door is. I then searched the net for a picture and came across this thread. How easy would it be to put "Amazon Locker" on the door?!?!? Good to know where it is! Unfortunately, my visit to this establishment was bad one not only by disorganization, lack of courtesy, mannerism and professionalism , but also by the discriminatory and downright rude, unprofessional behavior of the recruiter. His behavior was not only unhelpful, but also offensive and created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Went to the Amazon Hub door and it was locked. Drove around and found an employee that redirected us back to original location. Eventually tried a door on the right side of the "Hub" sign.. this door said Employees. I opened it and there was the 24 hr lockers. Once inside, the return process was simple.
